The TTT program for new Xperience Management and XLA® trainers takes place onsite
and in total takes at least 10 days, plus annual coaching. It aims to prepare trainers to deliver consistent, high-quality, and inspiring XM and XLA® trainings.
Trainer candidates are nominated by Giarte's client, and the candidates send their resume (CV) to the Giarte trainer who will review it.
If they fit the XM and XLA® trainer job description well, (please contact us for details
of the job description) we conduct a job interview.
After that, we make a go/no go decision together with Giarte's client.
If it is a ‘go’, trainer candidates participate in and successfully complete both the Introduction to Xperience Management and XLA® training
(0.5 days) and the Basics of Xperience Management and XLA® training (2 days). After candidates pass both exams, they will be TTT trained (5 days) by the Giarte trainer, and then receive
1 on 1 mentoring (minimum 2.5 days) when delivering both trainings for the first time. If candidates pass both classroom trainings, they become a certified XLA® Trainer. Certification
can get annually renewed after the yearly evaluation day.
