to add a new training to the XLA Academy: Deep Empathy in Tech. The course
comes in two flavors: hands-on and managerial. Depending on your position, we
recommend one of these two trainings.

their needs all at once. The information they provide may be incomplete,
inaccurate or contradictory, which can lead to irritation among managers.

to success in delivering IT services and achieving a positive employee and user
experience is empathy. Deep Empathy in Tech - Managerial is an
interactive and energetic training for anyone in IT who wants to communicate
better with employees, users, customers or other stakeholders. In this
training, which is active, concrete and perhaps a bit confrontational, you
learn to apply empathy as a success factor in your team.

content of this full-day training ensures that you are sufficiently equipped to
take the exam. To pass, you must answer at least 70% of the multiple-choice
questions correctly. When you pass the exam, your result will be made concrete
with a certificate (XLA® Ace).
This certificate shows you have sufficient knowledge about Deep Empathy in Tech - Managerial.
